On January 25, 2018, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved of two draft laws of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine directed to the improvement of the intellectual property rights protection field in Ukraine. Both documents were developed in accordance with the concept of the Intellectual Property Rights Protection Reform in Ukraine
