On April 8, 2021, Grischenko & Partners IP was included within the Top 10 Trademark firms in The Trademark Lawyer Magazine Law Firm Rankings 2021/22 for “Most Well-Respected Law Firm 2021”.
On August 16, 2020, the Law of Ukraine No.3770-XII “On the Protection of Rights to Industrial Designs” was amended.
On August 16, 2020, the Law of Ukraine No. 3689-XII “On the Protection of Rights to Trademarks” was amended.
On August 16, 2020, the Law of Ukraine No. 816-IX “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Reform of Patent Law” entered into force establishing of the National Intellectual Property Authority of Ukraine (NIPA) and introducing amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Rights to Inventions and Utility Models”.
On August 16, 2020, the Law of Ukraine No. 815-IX “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning Strengthening of Protection of Rights to Trademarks and Industrial Designs and Combating Patent Trolling” entered into force amending the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Rights to Trademarks” and “On the Protection of Rights to Industrial Designs”.
